Anyone know who the company running SimilarWorlds are?

They don't list it here nor can I find it anywhere else, as they're so niche that they don't even have a Wikipedia article. Are they intentionally omitting details to dodge legal accountability? Like if you want to have a legally binding contract, it's gotta be from a legally valid entity. Well you don't have to, but that basically voids the legitimacy of said contract (among other conditions).

@OlderSometimesWiser i meant the legal information of the company running this website; last I checked, that kind of information is legally required to be public

and that kind of trolling is why you deserve to be moderated by me, but in case you can't read the fucking room, having ToS means it's a legally binding contract and part of that to be true means the entity has to be legally valid

@uikakarotuevegeta It's THEIR site
@Tumbleweed not necessarily; they could just be staff that's hired by the real owners of the company running the website

Hmm, does this link have the info you want?

@bougerCieux it says the servers are located in Finland, yet from the other website I listed it says the founder is in America; either they're using a VPN or similar tool, or they have the servers physically located there to further dodge accountability
Why is it such a big deal to you?
@MsSwan idk they made a big deal by spamming me with notifications threatening to have me banned or other penalties for going against their terms, which said contract isn't legally binding if it either has illegal terms and/or not from a legally valid entity (in this case, the latter)

Lmao a private entity called Similar Worlds...nothing indicating it's incorporated. Yeah, I can see why they keep their information private; they want to dodge accountability because they have unlimited liability. It's entrepreneurship 101 to go for incorporating a business to have limited liability smh. If I had to guess, the "company" if it's even real is most likely a sole proprietorship or a general partnership, instead of a LLC or a proper corporation.
