Putting a message in your Messages

So I've seen with some people that when you message them a little message appears, kind of like "dont message me if...."
Can anyone tell me how to do that?

If changing the message introduction doesn’t work, just try to unplug it and put it back in. Usually works for all my tech issues.

Go to messages and then click on message introduction at the top of the page and go from there.
