Hey girl ... I just want to take a moment and expressed how proud I am of you for recognizing the name calling so dominant in our politics for what it is. And for deciding that it is not who you are.

I am very much with you in wanting to stop this. We should be able to discuss issues, even issues on which we disagree, without descending into ad hominum attacks. Love ya girl!! ❤

I know the feeling, I do at times get frustrated myself. Yet I do try to not step into the insult level.

The more you catch yourself doing it the less you are likely to do it. It's when you don't want to catch yourself, that is when it becomes a problem.

It's that not caring which is the problem.
