@Tenletters There are two reasons for the sign on and sign off posts.
One is communication. Some people like it; some don't. You apparently don't.
The other is a sort of testing to see if people respond in the same manner you did.
Oh and on your statement "These people could care less if u got offline" - could care less means they care, if only a little. Couldn't care less means exactly that. And how do you know what these people feel?
