That's usually how everyone finds out actually lol. I do know that Admin Nuno posted this to someone recently....

The next release will provide users with a page for "Submitted Reports", so users can see our feedback to reports. Only recently we started setting feedback to reports, so older reports may not have set decisions, but it doesn't mean we haven't handled them.
We are planning to improve the "Receive Notifications" feature to fix the problem you describe for nested replies.
