In the Social section here, if a profile says SW-User and just and "X" for the profile picture, is the profile gone now?

Is the person not a user on SW anymore? If so then I'll delete them.

@DDonde It says I'm using my "Blocks" when I remove them. That doesn't seem very fair. I'm not wanting or needing to block them. I just want them removed from my Friend and Following lists
