Super speed would allow you to do most of the things that flight and invisibility allow, such as getting places fast and stealing things from protected areas. It would also allow you to dodge bullets and most other weapons.
Imagine you picked up a 30lb barbell, accelerated towards a wall at 600mph, and released the weight. There aren't that many structures that could survive repeated smashings like that.
