Help: Pending Approval?

In the context of SW, what does "pending approval" mean?

And I'm not the only one with that... are we being censored now? It was a basic joke man... (Link below) and I'm not the only one pending approval.

If a post is pending, then I think it's invisible... which is why you can't see it.

That is a new feature, and why are my post there being targeted for pending?

I'm trying to find out.
