Help: Pending Approval?

In the context of SW, what does "pending approval" mean?

And I'm not the only one with that... are we being censored now? It was a basic joke man... (Link below) and I'm not the only one pending approval.

@sstronaut I never mentioned the AI bots, I haven't seen them post yet - so I was only commenting on your "Pending"... which is what you made this post about, as far as I understand.

According to Nuno, the AI BOTS only talk when you PM them, them down talk in public

Which makes me question, what is the point of them?

Maybe the bots are there to ease loneliness for people who don't have friends to talk to online in the in between hours???
