How come sometimes you just have to type out a couple letters for it to work but other times you have to type the full name?

They don't want organized feeds. Not apart of the philosophy of "Similar Worlds". Different, yet similar.
YIn/Yang symbol, note the hearts. Similar is rewarded with reputation.
Two sides that "like" each other.
If you are DISSIMILAR (outside of the circle), then you are penalized. So arguing is penalized.
Higher reputation is the reward. Note, not exactly popularity, that is sort of in-between, yet still applies.
It appears disorganized. Yet it's not. Just foreign to most.

Even the feeds operate this way! Similar, yet different. Popularity is in there, yet only if it's similar, with time factors figured in.
They won't change their philosophy. And it's been this way since day one. Even that link was here, though they have removed other links, with better explanations.
Believe me they have dumped a fairly good social media site before with iOrbix.
I visited iOrbix long before it closed and it was far older than this site is now.
If you are looking for popularity on this site, forget it. 🤷🏻♂ They would rather your feed be dead. They want participation not the popularity of someone grabbing all the attention.
This algorithm specifically is designed that way for other reasons. It lessens the spamming as well, which is designed to grab popularity. A spammer can't participate, nor do they want to participate. They want you to come to them. Specifically their website. So OF (Only fans) members often are banned.

Limits can go up and down depending on your profile's reputation. Once you continue to be a good member on SimilarWorlds, your limits will be increased and you will have more freedom.
