I know this one’s been banned but let me share a new concern. Those who are rightfully condemned for being a supporter of pedo posts but the people who’ve condemned them continue to give positive reaction emojis when they reply to their posts.
Not quite sure how to handle that. 🤔

@OlderSometimesWiser Personally, I blocked all the ones I saw commenting positively on the posts. I don't think there should be any middle ground where minors are concerned.
@NudasPriest Lol….. thought I might not be expressing it clearly.
User A rightfully and strongly condemns User B for supporting pedo posts.
User A then makes a totally benign post on some other subject.
Condemned User B replies to User A’s totally benign post with a totally benign answer.
User A, who is disgusted by User B, still gives positive reactions to their benign answer.
Why the positive reactions from User A towards someone who supposedly disgusts them? I wouldn’t want anything to do with User B.
And again, how should I handle User A? Block? Ignore? Ask them about this directly?

@OlderSometimesWiser I pretty much had that straight in my head, except I was thinking it was User B making the benign post. If A is a friend, I'd message them, encouraging them to block B and have nothing to do with them. Perhaps they struggle with being overly polite or conflict adverse. Who knows?
@NudasPriest Makes sense. It’s a nice person, thought of messaging them but guess I didn’t consider it my place to tell them what to do. I get being overly polite and conflict adverse but don’t understand why it would be an issue withdrawing attention from someone they weren’t shy about condemning for supporting pedophiles.
Meh, I know I’m probably overthinking it. Just wanted to get some opinions that weren’t mine. 🙂

@OlderSometimesWiser I definitely wouldn't go as far as condemning the condemners. Just those that supported the pedo posts. I guess people have their reasons ... maybe even hoping person B will change for good? Personally I think it's unforgivable, at least on a place like this. If 'B' was an offline friend I'd known for years, I'm not sure how I would react.
@NudasPriest Yes, it’s not my place to condemn the condemner. I’m just a bit confused by it in terms of interacting with them moving forward having this situation in mind.
(User B, btw has been perving around here for quite a long time.)
