We all come here for various reasons ......

I come here these days to simply have some fun and hopefully make genuine connections and maybe just maybe brighten someone's day. Whether that is by one-on-one interaction or through one of my posts. Hardly ever am I seeking any gratification from any of it. However, today, someone said my post made the 'wildness' of this world not feel so 'wild'. That made my whole freaking day!!

Be the LOVE you need
Share that LOVE with someone
Today and every day!! 🩷

This has always been a good place to hang out and have fun. I don't take it, or myself that seriously. Great outlet for meeting folks who feel the same way

Really I came here with the hopes of not only killing time but building some genuine real world friendships and maybe a possible stronger connection with the right person the most genuine of motivations however honestly I have done those down a little bit not saying they don't exist but I have lowered my expectation bar because unfortunately the internet seems to be as superficial or as Whimsical as I remember in the meantime though I am just having fun killing time and it's cool if I have some great conversation I am glad that you are enjoying yourself and finding it a pleasant experience
The ability to send love and positivity to any and all that may stumble upon my daily good morning wish, woul go shout that from my porch but this method is such quieter, with that I send love and positive energy your way along with a wish for a pleasant and enjoyable remainder of this beautiful day of life 💖

@WindTherapy My first ride was on the back of my grandfather's Indian at 9 yrs old. I knew at that moment I wanted my own. However, it didn't happen till I was in my 30's, once my girls were older. I went to HD and took their riders course because I had ZERO experience. I was the only one in the class with no prior experience..... and zero experience with a clutch (car, bike, or otherwise). I recall the instructor saying 'please tell me you can at least ride a bike" LOL. I passed the class with flying colors, got my license, and the next weekend went a bought my bike.
I put 1000's of miles under my belt and had some amazing adventures along the way. There is NO WAY to describe the feeling to someone who hasn't or doesn't ride. I'm sure YOU know.
WindTherapy · 56-60, M
@skmokisses Having not driven with a clutch I'm sure it took a little bit to get comfortable. But good for you to take the class. Classes weren't required to get a license when I got my motorcycle endorsement. Just a written and driving test.

I've put ~35K miles on one of my bikes since I got it in 2017. The past couple years I've taken some multi-state rides. You're right, you can't really describe it to someone who hasn't ridden. The best quote/analogy I've heard is "it's the difference between watching a movie, and starring in it".
skmokisses · 46-50, F
@WindTherapy The class wasn't required where I am either but if you pass the class then you just take the certificate to the DMV and get your license. No written or driving test required at that point.

YES ....I love that analogy!! 😎
