The guy has ulterior motives. He goes around advertising that he'll give you VIP but you gotta message him first in PM!!

Like what?? No. I've given out VIP before, never advertised it, never had to be a sicko or a perv or whatever else. If I want to give out VIP I'll give out VIP because that's what I want to do not because I need something from someone.
