As I understand it, most teens choose a setting which makes them invisible to adults, so they can avoid all the perverts. And so they can talk honestly among themselves without "grown-ups" looking over their shoulders.

@Elaaaa Not everyone is who he/she claims to be on the internet. There are adults playing minors, and minors playing adults.
Fortunately there are many adults 'playing' adults (like I do) and minors 'playing' minor. And often there is nice communication between those two.
