Well folks, It seems this IS Chantou after all. Extremely likely.
One, as she is bilingual in French and English, the way she says things in both languages, including the accent, is NOT something that could easily be faked.
Only a human would make liaisons when saying "Je suis" or not pronounce the "H" at the start of an english word.
Yes folks, I do know some french myself (but not a ton) and am familiar with their specific accent.
