I used to be Typhoid Jerry which is a play on typhoid Mary. When I changed I thought I'd keep with a disease pun and my wife suggested Count Scrofula. Scrofula is a gross tuberculosis symptom. Scrof is a fun nickname and this username is pretty singular.
