Do you get anxious when you hear your phone ring?

I have three different ringtones depending on whether the caller is friend; family or work related.
If it's consistently the one indicating work that's likely a sign of trouble.

The text tone is largely nonsense from some website or other.

The tone for email often makes me 🫣 since it's likely to be someone after information they should already know.
