I think I would pass simply because I haven't been here long enough. I am on SW only since April of this year and while I have made a lot of contacts, most of them are rather superficial.
For a meet up event, I would love to meet people that I have known on SW for a much longer time and that I can relate with. Ask me this question again in 3 years and I may change my opinion.
