In need of a little clarification.
This new feature that SW is implementing concerning our ability to "keep notes" on other users. Can someone please explain that to me? Thank you.

slight clarification, they're confidential notes, but you can get to them via the persons home/profile or from the page that lists all blocks/mutes and... there might have been another one.
it's not just their profile so you don't have to increase their profile views/be visible to them if they've paid for vip and you have not.
