Showing love is wonderful. But the negative is useful, as well. You have to know where you are to know how to get to where you want to go. Deleting the negative removes it as an indicator of where you're coming from, and you won't be able to get to the positive. The trick is to use the negative as a sign post, not a hitching post. But if you delete it, you've ignored and lost your sign.
