What does "Whose on your playlist" mean? Should it be "Whose songs are on your playlist"?

I tried asking another member that question but I had to block her for trolling me. I have now had to ask this question myself in my own post. If it was supposed to be "Whose songs are on your playlist?", why couldn't that troll have told me that instead of trolling me? I mean, what is the matter with people?

It should be "who's" (as in who is,) on your playlist and "whose" songs are on your playlist.

I've obviously missed something here. The question(s) seem innocuous enough to me.

@OldGrandDad The question as it stands doesn't make sense. My suggestion makes sense (i.e. the word "songs" was omitted from the question). What do you think you've missed?

So...I don't know if I dare ask but who is on your playlist?
