Genuine question please everyone

What do you look for when you view a person profile,
Loads of profiles are blank,
Some have photos
Loads don’t
Some have loads of info on there about me

I usually look if in some doubt about them or they write a lot and I want to read their stuff.
It's all public so not sure about the paronia surrounding it is?
About me is public...🤔
If wasn't meant to be read I wouldn't post it.

No interactions at all , no photos, and with a large warning banner across profile,would make suspicious ,I suspect.
