Can anyone explain to me how this is supposed to work?

The "Time" button... is it supposed to show a feed in some sort of time sequence? I've tried it a few times and it picks some random number of posts, usually starting with those that are a few hours old.

No way we're seeing what each other are saying. Three hundred million people, chomping at the bit to talk - but billionaires own all our platforms. Since Arab spring we don't see anything in real time.
