Can anyone explain to me how this is supposed to work?

The "Time" button... is it supposed to show a feed in some sort of time sequence? I've tried it a few times and it picks some random number of posts, usually starting with those that are a few hours old.

I don't have that button either but I've witnessed that NOTHING works properly on this site to begin with.
IF by chance something does start working correctly, you can count on it NOT working right for long. 🤷
IT AIN'T NO EXPERIENCE PROJECT.
