Have you noticed that negative words usually "mean something"(words mean things), but positive words rarely mean anything? Let me explain.

If you say something derogatory to most people, they usually take it to heart. But if you say something nice, they don't believe you. They question your sincerity. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

What is wrong with people??

Humans have a negativity bias. I learned about it in my body dysmorphia work book. It’s a natural thing that we evolved because it’s safer to assume the worst in people for survival purposes.

@666Maggotz That's kind of what I was thinking. If I say one negative thing, it somehow cancels out 1000 positive comments. 😑
