I would hope that most people would not bother to spend so much effort on an elaborate fabrication over a period of years. If one wants to roleplay, there are definitely people down for that. But why do they have to try to trick people or else it's not worth it? I don't know. She did claim to be mentally ill and maybe there's some truth to that part of it?
