Why do 96% of (alleged) ex military people ALWAYS somehow get around to letting everyone know they were "in the military"???

@Notmesam My brother in law is like that and its funny because he served during one of the easiest times when there was no war. But he walks around in army gear like he was a combat vet.
We all know he is afraid of guns.
I know you are required to qualify with a rifle so I wonder how the hell he even got through basic.
