What about Note 1, Item 3, Paragraph 4, section 3, subsection 8, paragraph 7, line 6, "active vs. didactive" .......typo? or does that refer to Note 2, Item 11, Paragraph 6, Section 5, Subsection 8, paragraph 6, line 11 "deactivate"?
