Do you think most African Americans fill out their census forms? And dont make this a race/hate thing. I am just asking a question.

Because nobody is going to make me believe that they make up only 12.6% of the US population.
More like 38%.

I get that one in eight houses in every neighborhood should have a black person living in it. Lol. What segregation?
@Roundandroundwego So do you believe they fill out their census? Do you believe that they make up only 12.6%? Or are they encouraged by the NAACP to disregard the census in order to keep minority status?
@NoThanksLeon yes, but I'm sure there's not so many census workers per person in the more oppressed communities, where black people probably live. I think whites aren't so numerous as it seems, and poor people are everywhere. Vote your choice of hideously capitalist right wing parties in each place. But the counting is so very hard for the white government where the population really is.
