Why there is similar worlds, why there is tinder, why there are responsibilities and why there's even existence?

It was because of the Big Bang…but now that’s turned out to be bunk because of the James Webb telescope looking into the past. It’s all because we’re trapped inside a gargantuan black hole. Everything is entropy. Nothing lasts. We rise and die. But in between we get distracted by shiny things, eat, enjoy orgasms, get drunk and on occasion war with one another. And then you go kaput. I think that about sums it up.
