SW meet, not a good ending.
I live far but not too far from a member of SW.
I am semi-aware of him and did meet up a couple of times, but only with him and his good lady wife.
I did bump into through a friend of a friend of friend kind of thing.
Anyway, I'd remember at one meeting, I wasn't drunk but he felt I was being loud and obnoxious to people at that gathering. As he knew me from here he tried to tell me to stop it and to calm down and relax. I was with a buddy at that gathering so just told him to stop being such a boy scout, well I basically told him to get out of my face.
The night wore on and him and his good lady wife just wanted a bit of peace and quiet but I think most of the other guests were fed up with my behaviour and shunned my friend and I.
I felt that this was down to him and found him and his wife and had it out with him.
He just told me straight that it was all on me and not on him. So after a bit of yadda yadda, I lost it and pushed him and my friend tripped him up.
We both laughed at him and he got back up and knocked both out us out.
After we came too, we were in the recovery position, as he had put us in that and checked out vital signs etc. Making sure we were breathing and safe.
Wow, everyone who heard it and/or saw it was impressed with him, saying he was a total gent for sticking up for his wife and for taking care of the pair of us.
