Is the notifications thing not working now?

So I had the bell icon showing a 3. Well when I clicked on it, to see the notifications, no new unread things are showing up now like how they were earlier.

Okay well as I was typing that, a person responded to a post I commented on and it did come up, but my favorites in the notifications isn't coming up.

Anyone else having the same issue?

@GeistInTheMachine Seems to be working now. Except I got a notification, clicked on the notification to read it, and then I got the same notification again, as if I didn't click on it.

Something ain't right.
