Account Verification

I applied to have my account verified a few days ago. I am on here a lot more than I used to be. And I want extra security over my account. It's been 3 going on four days. It still says pending verification. I also reached out to support about this issue. I was wondering if there was an average time it takes for them to verify your account. Does anyone with a verified account have any reference for this question?

The admins don't care about this place. They take forever to respond to anything. Also, I have tried to get my account verified twice and they never got back to me.
