What makes you notice another SW user ?

I'm thinking of my preferences and then I am thinking wait, but what about those you haven't yet noticed ? Yes, there're some who are around and it takes me so long to "discover".. i believe it has to do with time zones, work hours, different interests/ topics.. but some other times, they're just there in front of me but either out of my league or me out of theirs ? What is it that makes you notice someone ?

Various things. Those who are always in the face are self-explanatory and then there are people from unique countries, those who have good taste in music, those who I find funny, those who I find rude or lacking empathy, those who have unique hobbies or interests... But what I find interesting is that I much better remember women than men.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure, but I think seeing multiple of their posts in a short time helps to make an impression and recognize their name when it comes up again.

I try to respond posts from someone new appeared in my feeds and of course to those who appear regularly. I often leave one of the heart/like options available here if I don't have anything to write.
