I found out my mother in law can really use my dad's life insurance whenever she pleases.

I'm so sorry for complaining but I need to rant and get stuff off my chest and kind, my mind is literally breaking from all the betrayal...my mother in law said she would help us to get everything fixed so I didn't have to use my dad's life insurance money so I can save for a house, she kept saying she would pay for everything and help us but I found out she is getting the money from my uncle and he has my dad's life insurance because he lied about alot of things and so my mother in law is using my dad's life insurance and pretending to help us to look like a amazing mother. Not even asking if we want the help she's giving us. She's just using the money I could've had a house with but it's too late. Too much is getting used. I can't stand this, I've gone to the hospital over and over again for extreme panic attacks... I really think I'm dying and I wish I could
something like this happened to me as well. when my father fought cancer, his then wife got control of his power of attourney He had spent years and money to make sure his 3 kids would all have needed insurance. he was adamant about his making sure we had knwoedge of his policies and persons he trusted to handel them
But his wife got that power. a week after he died, i came to visit her, to "deal with the details" but thier house,. was empty as was that of her daughter who had move down the street.
they left no forwarding, and she was the beificiary, using all that money for her own family

I was close to actual murder.

so I feel ya.
let her keep "helping you" come up whit some big ticket needs and ask for it
you may get something
also, a decent lawyer, could review these events. they were guilty of Fraud
I assume you have no legal recourse like a will?

@SatyrService no, my uncle promised my dad that he would take care of and tricked him into letting him write the will and my dad signed it while he was in the hospital with leukemia plus my dad was legally blind
