I was just betrayed by the person that promised my dad he would be there and help me

After my dad passed away, my uncle got the l will and it was too help me over the years but instead he gave it to someone else to manage it, the one person that caused my whole family misery for 6 months. He promised my dad he would help me but instead he betrayed that promise. And not just betrayed me but my dad too and it hurts so much! I can't take it anymore. I' feel broken so much.

Are you saying the uncle has financial power of attorney? If so, and if other family members agree he isn't using the "legal power" responsibly and ethically, this probably can and should be contested through the court system.

Perhaps have an informal sit-down meeting with a couple of trusted family members and decide if the issue can and should be legally contested. It's worth a try anyway. Your dad would want what is in your best interest I'm quite sure. Good luck.
