How do get your account to take a break from SW?

Like I don't want to delete anything, but I want it to say, this user is currently taking a break from SW?

Sorta pause everything?

I'm.jist wondering how that is done.

when you go to delete the account check off the box that says "this is temporary" I think it's the first one...
