How do get your account to take a break from SW?

Like I don't want to delete anything, but I want it to say, this user is currently taking a break from SW?

Sorta pause everything?

I'm.jist wondering how that is done.

Take your account out in a nice place and try to convince it nicely to take a break or plan an intervention. My account would be happy to participate.
