So does brownies, chocolate muffins, cookies and Reese's peanut butter cups help with anxiety?

So I'm having a major panic attack still and my friend was like be right there, and she got me some Benadryl so I can calm down and go to sleep, she also got some chocolate muffins, turtle brownies, and cookies from the bakery and then a bag of Reese's? I think shes trying to get me into a diabetic coma 😆😆😂😂😂🤣🤣 haha just kidding she's a sweetheart

Chocolate in particular does have mood boosting properties so… I don’t know if it helps with anxiety in particular but it’s not the worst idea in the world

@KingofPizza2 oh yeah I have heard of that actually! That truly makes sense too. Like when you are depressed after a break up so you eat ice cream. I never had that happened before but it sounds similar to that

Tasting and smelling things can help ground you when you’re having a panic attack. I usually keep something to eat and drink along with some small activities and comfort items in a box for that reason. I hope you start feeling better soon.
yes if you can find any way to laugh with her then that will help too :) have fun with your friend
