I complained to SW admin about a guy who sent me porn pictures few months back, why haven't they suspend him still, not even a warning.

Sending people unsolicited nudes/porn is definitely a violation of ToS.

I take out of the context that it must have been unsolicited. One can't really be upset if having agreed on receiving certain material.
