Missing Emoji

I've seen this emoji among the populations of all the categories, but can't find it anymore.

I've looked everywhere. Has it been removed?

I see it on my phone's emoji list (android) but not on this site's emoji lists.

I wonder if you could find it somewhere online and save it and add it to your messages when you wanted to? @PhoenixPhail

@Elisbch I've tried that with emojis, but it doesn't show up the same.
It has to be built into the list of emojis to choose from, and picked from that.
