For those with Alt accounts?

How hard is it to keep up? I have created an alt account just for some serious writing. However, I would not know how I'd be able to Maintain my main account and the one just for my writing. I am also a bit confused how to link the two accounts.

I use mine to basically check if this account is closed or not when I'm taking a break. I didn't find trouble linking the two together.

I have an alt account for when this one is on a break or I want to be anonymous, and then my other alts are just joke accounts
