Notifications about groups being morphed into other groups

I've not been here much lately, how do I turn these fecking group notifications off.

I don’t think you can. Actually I’m beginning to think somehow it all went automatic and then blew a gasket and now can’t stop. ( oh no maybe we are all doomed) 😂. I’m joking I hope.
