Yeah I hate it too. I'm constently finding myself in a panick about losing the damn thing becuase you need on you at all times, but being in the dirt and near the water all the time I can't reasonably keep it clipped to my belt without destroying it. Then you get the "office girls" who get testy when you don't jump to respond to their trivial radio calls like we aren't up yo pur knecks in a mud hole or on a ladder but have no issue making a radio call while they are on the phone or what noy and making you stand there for several minutes aftwr telling them to go because they were typing an god damn email.
