If you were a SW Admin for one week, what changes would you make ?

Stop adding fussy complications. It absolutely discourages me from coming here. Why do they make everything so hard? For example, why add a downvote when people can write "i dont like this" or "i disagree".
Also , no matter how i change settings, i see the same couple dozen people on my feed. I know theres more of you out there.
In a word, give us more FREEDOM
