PSA: SW infested with Google Hangout users

There seems to be a lot of this lately, more so then usual or am I the only one that sees it ?

There are a lot of user on this site that ask the question where are you from then go right into asking for a picture and then say they want to chat with you on google hangouts.

Is google hangout still exist? Last time I used it somewhere around 2015-2016.

@iamelijah Yes it still exists. Google keep on saying it will be replaced with Google Chat but so far Hangouts is still useful, I use it to video chat with a few people.
