PSA: SW infested with Google Hangout users

There seems to be a lot of this lately, more so then usual or am I the only one that sees it ?

There are a lot of user on this site that ask the question where are you from then go right into asking for a picture and then say they want to chat with you on google hangouts.

Nothing wrong with chatting with a connection regardless of what platform one uses.. But as far as asking for pictures and personal information is concerned it is most certainly not a good thing.. But it's very rare that you find people on the internet who really understand the reason for being online and misunderstand it with absolutely illusional and mess it up really.
