Sometimes bitter, because at times it feels like nothing positive happened in my life. But my counsellor tells me to help my brain see small things as possible things, like seeing a dog, or getting a call from my brother or clouds shaped like cats or acorns on the ground. Sometimes it's hard, but I try to do that. Also, big positive things are happening in my life now. 😊

Better, I have some escaped things that still got me questioning the unlikely possibility that it happened. I truly have someone or something looking out for me.
