Why doesn't every comment have a Reply button? ~

You can't reply to a sub-thread started by someone you blocked or who has blocked you.

@NerdyPotato But with blocking, you wouldn't see their comments at all.

@RedBaron Right, but you can see the replies to their comment and those you can't reply to because the thread was started by someone who is blocked.
