Definitely, but I certainly don't meet the standards set in Mark 16:16-18!
@Oberon1 hmmm 🤔
@Oberon1 You do understand that it doesn’t mean to pick up snakes, right? Jesus was tempted of Satan to turn the rocks into bread when he was hungry, but he knew that was tempting God. He could have made cheese biscuits out of the rocks if he wanted..

Point is we can’t tempt God.

When the serpent latched on Paul’s arm handing the wood, he shook it off and went on about his business when he should have died and that’s why the barbaric people fell down and tried to worship Paul…

That my friend us what it means…

Same with anything deadly… we can’t drink poison and tempt God but if unsuspecting.. then God’s word says it shall not hurt them.

Many people throughout the world are healed from prayer.. and laying on of hands..
@NoGamesTolerated or turned them into disgusting Olive Garden breadsticks.
@MarmeeMarch yup!! 👍 whatever he wanted…

@NoGamesTolerated All prayer is the most powerful piece of TA50 we are issued in Ephesians 6:10-19.
@Oberon1 “The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” 🙂

James 5:16 says, "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

@NoGamesTolerated James is my favorite letter! If I'm allowed to have one! 👍
@Oberon1 He gives us some good stuff my friend! Very good stuff!
@Oberon1 who is your favorite Bible person besides Jesus? Mine is Joseph, (son of jacob).
Oberon1 · 61-69, M
@NoGamesTolerated The Sons of Thunder! James and John! New Testament, and Jacob in the Old Testament. The poet in me is in love with his love for Rachael.
@Oberon1 oh man… I’ve read the part about him having to marry 3 other women to get her so MANY times… What a love story! 💕 He worked for her 14 years… He was in love with her indeed! The Bible says she was beautiful.,
@Oberon1 John was very close to Jesus…

Jesus asked him to take care of his mother after his death.

@NoGamesTolerated So Jacob served seven years for Rachel, and they seemed to him like only a few days because of his love for her.
That's what r0mantic love is!
@Oberon1 YES!!
